The Picco Concept

The foundation of all Picco WN Series de-burring machines is a sturdy electro-welded steel base. To this is mounted either one or two work holding heads depending on volumes and application requirements.

Solid steel arms are used as mountings to present the deburring unit to the job in the right position and attitude whilst pneumatics, spring loaded counter weights and over travel devices control the rotation from the start position to the end point where the work is carried out.

The stroke length, working position and working height of the deburring unit is preset by the operator using the adjusters and calibrated scales on each arm.
