The Pero R1 launched the R1 vapour degreasing plant in late 2009, and it has already changed the face of solvent degreasing in the UK. The system is available as a ready to run vapour degreasing plant requiring only power, air and a water supply.
Such is the performance of the R1 vapour degreasing plant that unreliable dry cleaning based systems or modified open top system simply do not make sense anymore! Why? The Pero R1 vapour degreasing plant offers you, the user, many opportunities to improve the quality of your vapour degreasing based cleaning. Additionally, the economics of using such a system are very favourable to you.
Scenario 1
Low volume precision vapour degreasing plant
The quick warm up times of the Pero R1 vapour degreasing plant allows you to have the machine switched on quickly when you need it. There is even a low power mode where the machine can be bought online very quickly. When compared to other machines, the Pero R1 vapour degreasing plant’s very quick warm up times allow for very economic operation.
Scenario 2
High volume precision vapour degreasing plant
The very high throughput and excellent cleaning qualities allow you, the user, to process huge amounts of product in a minimal amount of time. With up to 20 loads per hour and the automatic loading options, the Pero R1 vapour degreasing plant can process more than 1000 kg of steel parts per hour. This speed has enabled some of our customers to drop a shift which saves huge amounts of energy and labour and results in a machine that pays for itself in as little as 18 months.
