Pero offers a very small footprint solvent degreasing machine with the same high throughput efficiencies found in every Pero machine.  The Pero V 0 degreasing machine is widely used by companies producing a wide range of small components that need to be cleaned to a high standard.

Pero Size 2 Solvent Degreasing Equipment

The power house of high volume production, the Pero V2 solvent degreasing machine is designed to process 10 baskets per hour using a basket 660 x 480 x 300mm in size.  Used by high volume press shops and  for the precision cleaning of aerospace components, the Pero V2 delivers greater production than any other similarly outfitted solvent degreasing machine.

These units are designed for companies who need to process larger components such as blisks and blings produced by aero-engine manufacturers or forcompanies who manufacture high volume components such as oil automotive pressings.  High distillation rates ensure this solvent degreasing equipment is ready to deliver clean parts with every load.

The largest Pero Solvent Degreasing Machines – The Size 5

The size 5 lets you clean very large parts and very heavy loads in 15-20 minutes per load.  Many heat treatment companies choose the Pero V5 solvent degreasing machines for cleaning 1000kg loads of material prior to heat treatment.  Such is the popularity of the Pero V5 with heat treatment companies that Pero developed a V5 dedicated to the task, designing the machine to take up the same amount of space as a vacuum furnace.  The load height is the same as the furnace and the loading truck used for the furnace can be used or the Pero solvent degreasing machine as well.  This makes for a highly efficient heat treatment process.
