Pero’s range of aqueous cleaning systems

Aqueous cleaning has a vast range of variables all of which will impact on the final result achieved, and aqueous cleaning can be described as H2O plus.  It’s the plus that is the mystery, always moving and changing from the very first load cleaned.  As such this adds a number of layers of consideration in the aqueous cleaning selection process and subsequent management of it, such as:

TWT – Precision Aqueous Cleaning Systems

The TWT range of machines are designed for companies who require all the advantages of solvent cleaning, but for whatever reason, are unable to use a solvent cleaning system.  TWT DUO systems also offer the ability to clean a load every six minutes, which is very fast for an aqueous cleaning system.  The Pero TWT aqueous cleaning systems features:

• A basket size of 660 x 480 x 300 mm
• 1 or 2 work chambers (2 chambers halve the cycle time)
• 1 to 4 water tanks which can be used for alkaline washes, slightly acidic washes and neutralising and rinsing.
• Ultrasonic aqueous cleaning
• Vacuum drying
• Automatic or manual loading

The TWT can be used for cleaning large single items or the aqueous cleaning of basket loads of smaller items. Using 4 wash tanks enables the user to clean parts to:

• A very high standard with no water marks
• Create a surface condition suitable for the next process
• For aqueous cleaning and iron phosphating

Pero’s Robomat Series Aqueous Cleaning units

The Robomat is a very robust, hardworking machine designed for aqueous cleaning of a wide range of applications.  The Robomat Aqueous cleaning machine is a single chamber system where the product for cleaning is placed onto a heavy duty grid.  A mobile washing arm in the shape of goal posts rotates from under the grid all the way around to stop above the grid.  Specially designed nozzles ensure 360 degree component cleaning.  The spray arm is nothing like the paltry arms seen on other systems.  Pero’s washing arm delivers up to 1000 liters per minute! 1 metric tonne of aqueous cleaning solution provides real mechanical cleaning power!

Pero Rotimat Series Aqueous Cleaning Systems

This is a very popular aqueous cleaning machine from Pero.  It is a single chamber basket type machine equipped with an aqueous cleaning spray bar with 100 nozzles.  Basket rotation ensures full coverage of the components being cleaned.  Rotimat aqueous cleaning systems can be specified with:

• Wash only or wash and rinse
• Hot air drying
• Condensing unit for water saving
• Manual loading roller track
