DB300 & 600 Solvent Distillation
Solvent distillation is a delicate process that must be carried out precisely in sequence to avoid damaging the solvent during the process. The process is achieved by Pero by generating a solvent vapour in a vacuum where the boiling point is much lower than at atmospheric pressure. The Pero distillation process removes all forms of oil, solids and water, while monitoring for the presence of acid.

DB300 and DB600 distillation units are suitable for used with chlorinated solvents and feature:
- No cooling water necessary
- Fully automatic cycle with PLC control
- Indirect heating
- Gentle treatment with vacuum
- Remaining solvent in oil at less than 1% in volume
- Oil does not require treatment for solvent
- Economical
- Powerful
- Built to Πstandards
