Pero V1 Universal - Ex demonstration machine.  A high speed, high quality cleaning system from Europes leading supplier of cleaning systems.  As used by Rolls Royce, Meggitt, Goodrich and many major sub-contract manufacturers.

Equipped to operated with Trichloroethylene (Tri, Trike), Perchloroethylene, DowClene 1601 and A3 hydrocarbons (flash point below 55°C.  NOTE!  No hardware changes are required to change solvents.

ΠCompliant, Solvent Emmissions Compliant, TUV and all relevant German and European legislative standards are met.

Built to European Specification with English control panel.

Equipment with: -

1. Work Chamber (530 x 380 x 200mm basket size).
2. Work chamber fitted with ultrasonic cleaning.
3. Vapour generator (boiler).
4. Wash tank.
5. Rinse tank (can also operate as rust prevention unit).
6. Water separtation unit complete with acid detection.
7. Seperate partical filters on the wash and rinse tanks.
8. Conitous distillation
9. Full vaccum residual distillation (1% solvent consetration possible)*
10. Fully automatic loading system offering 4 basket loading capacity.
11. cycltimes of 5-10 minutes application dependant (typical average 6 mins)
