Equipped to operated with Trichloroethylene (Tri, Trike), Perchloroethylene, DowClene 1601 and A3 hydrocarbons (flash point below 55°C.  NOTE!  No hardware changes are required to change solvents.

Built to European Specification with English control panel.

1. Work Chamber (530 x 380 x 200mm basket size).
2. Work chamber fitted with ultrasonic cleaning.
3. Vapour generator (boiler).
4. Wash tank.
5. Rinse tank (can also operate as rust prevention unit).
6. Water separation unit complete with acid detection.
7. Separate particle filters on the wash and rinse tanks.
8. Continuous distillation
9. Full vacuum residual distillation (1% solvent concentration possible)*
10. Fully automatic loading system offering 4 basket loading capacity.
11. Cycle times of 5-10 minutes application dependant (typical average 6 mins)
