IMAS Transfer - Dedicated Rotary Transfer

IMASTRANSFER offers a broad range of mechanical rotary transfer machines: the number of stations may vary from 4 to 24 depending on the part requirements. Each transfer machine is a masterpiece created by IMAS from individually designed standard components that have been tested through years of experience.

Parts are moved from station to station by an index table rotating about a vertical centerline. This patented mechanical index table, designed and built by IMAS has an extremely fast index time and is among the most accurate in the industry.

Base unit includes: machine base, index table, clamping units, manual loading station, operator control panel, coolant system, electrical cabinet and pneumatic supply with return to separator. A full machine enclosure provides a noise level below 80 dB(A). An optional air mist collector is available for return of coolant vapours to the machine sump.
