HMX-400 Gear Honer revolution is here.
Designed principally for the honing of hard or green gears the HMX-400 Gear Honing machine is suitable for helical and spur gears cluster gears, internal gears and shafted pinion gears.
Equipped with the Siemens SINUMERIK 840D Control the HMX-400 offers an impressive easy to control and program 9 axes of movement. The Fassler gear honer is very compact with class leading productivity. The accuracy and controllability enables driven and trailing flanks, driven flank only crowning and tapering honing to take place. In addition to external honing, combi honing and internal honing are equally achievable.
