The company produce a comprehensive range of aqueous cleaning and washing systems that are all meet the highest standards or performance. The aqueous washing systems range spans from the very simple turntable machines through to highly complex twin chamber systems featuring four tanks and extensive filtration. All the machines are manufactured from stainless steel to increase their capabilities and make them easier to service.

Rotimat 3 & 3U

A low-cost, high specification machine that features:

• Rotating basket system
• Spray systems with 1 or 2 baths
• Basket size 660 x 480 x 300mm
• Stainless steel construction

2600 Series - Spraying system

Large format machine ideal for high throughput applications that features:

• Rotating basket system
• 2000 litres per minute in to work chamber
• 2 baths - wash and rinse
• Maximum basket size 1200 x 800 x 600mm

Robomat - single chamber washing

Machine ideal for machinery washing or combustion engine reconditioning that features:

• 1 or 2 baths - wash and rinse
• Minimum size 1,500 x 850 x 685mm
• Maximum size up to 6,200 x 1500 x 1350mm
• Load capacity up to 3,000kg

TWT Mono & Duo

Machine with spray, part or full Immersion and flooding systems that features:

• De-ionised water
• Basket size 660 x 480 x 300mm
• Ultrasonic cleaning
• Vacuum drying
• High-turbulence flood washing
• Basket agitation
• High-filtration level with in-cycle changeover

Manual or automatic loading is available for all systems (TWT auto loading only).
